We always make a custom quotation, where we start with your event’s needs.
You’ll have a meeting with your Event Consultant to fully discuss the platform.
It's time to set up the event with content, like your speakers, program and the exhibitor area. In addition, this is the phase in which the event is personalized to your taste.
You will receive instructions on how to test-run your event. You’ll visit the different rooms in your event and test the lobby stream, as well as the other features, with everyone involved.

Afterwards, visitors can export all of their new connections with a single click. You as an organizer will receive a report with all the important data, and the impact that has been made.
